A family-focused long-term care residence
Granite House will provide 24-hour long-term care for four to six residents needing maximum assistance. Residents will be medically stable adults who may be minimally conscious, non-ambulatory, and non-verbal due to Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
We will support families and provide an alternative to traditional long-term care facilities or care at home, which for many households, is not an option. Granite House is unlike other TBI group homes; our residents do not qualify for rehabilitation programs and housing because of their low cognition level, as measured on the Rancho Los Amigos Level of Cognitive Functioning Scale.
